The <S> element specifies that the enclosed text should be displayed with a horizontal line striking through the text. If this is not practical, an alternative mapping is allowed. (W3) Please also note that as of Netscape 3.0b5 (04/07/96), Netscape is now supporting the implementation of this tag. They will continue to support <STRIKE> for backwards compatibility.

Note: Netscape, in its tag reference for Communicator 4.0 lists <S> as being supported in Navigator 3.0, provides no attributes for it and immediately refers the reader to <strike>.
