This tag presents a scrolling horizontal window.

Note: without a background colour specified, the marquee takes on the background of the <body> tag. This rendered the examples unreadable so I have changed the background to gray. In some cases I have increased the height to demonstrate the effect of "top, middle and bottom" arguments.
