Participation
Participation is open to anyone interested in the field of neurochemistry. If you would like to attend the meeting, you should fill in the official registration form (mailed with the Second Circular; if you have not received it, you can also print out this form as a 4-page document or request it from the organizer K.I.T) and return it to the congress organizer, K.I.T. GmbH. -
Registration via the Internet is not possible.

Registration Fees  
The registration fee includes the program booklet, the abstract book, the conference bag, the Welcome Reception, the Farewell Banquet and a 5-day ticket (August 9-13) valid for the entire transportation system (bus and S-/U-Bahn subway) in Berlin. All fees are quoted in German Marks (DM).

*    Please note that the reduced fee will apply only if both registration form and payment have been received by K.I.T. GmbH by June 1,1999.
**  Student Registrations must include the signature of their department head or chair.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee and form, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Participants must present the letter of confirmation at the meeting’s registration desk as proof of registration.

Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and mailed to K.I.T. GmbH, mentioning a bank account for remitting a possible refund. A cancellation fee will be charged, based on the date when the cancellation reached K.I.T. GmbH.

AFTER JULY 1, 1999 NO REFUND SHOULD BE EXPECTED

Credit cannot be given for no-show, late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early termination of attendance. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Name Changes
For any name changes, a handling charge of DM 30.00 will be requested, along with a newly completed registration form for the substitute participant. Name changes will be accepted by mail until August 1, 1999. After this date, name changes must be carried out on-site.

Payment of Fees
Please remember to include the registration fee and hotel deposit. If payment is made by bank transfer, it should be made payable in DM to K.I.T. GmbH including name(s) of the participant(s): All costs of the transfer must be prepaid by the transmitter.

Please add DM 25 for foreign checks to cover bank charges. American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA credit cards will be accepted. Delegates wishing to pay by credit card should complete and sign the relevant section on the registration form. Payment will not be accepted without signature.
