The size of the poster boards are 1 m (3 ft. 4 in.) wide and 1.50 m (5 ft.) high. Push pins will be provided. Those presenting posters will receive notification of the date and time for their presentation. Please be at your poster during the entire time indicated. - Please note that no oral presentation of short communications (posters) is scheduled.

It is important to note that facilities for slide double-projection are not available.
There will be a Speakers’ Ready Room with a supply of slide racks and equipment for previewing slides, video and overhead presentations.

Speakers presenting a video are requested to inform the Local Organizing Committee by July 1, 1999.
