ACCOMODATION
Hotel reservation is possible with the Hotel Reservation Form which is part of the official registration form. Electronic reservation is not possible. Reservation conditions are given below.
The ISN/ESN Joint Meeting is being held at the „Henry-Ford-Bau" in Dahlem, a green district in the southwestern part of Berlin, which can be easily reached from downtown by subway (about 20 min).

Registration conditions
To reserve your hotel room, please complete the official hotel registration form (mailed with the Second Circular or available from KIT) and send it back to K.I.T.GmbH together with the appropriate deposit amount. Reservation via the internet is not possible. K.I.T. GmbH holds allocations at select rates and will deal with incoming requests on a „first come-first served" basis. Due to the demand for accommodation in Berlin, participants are advised to book early.
It is essential that 3 optional choices from the hotel list be indicated. The deposit must be paid on the basis of the first choice. Upon receipt of the deposit, K.I.T. GmbH will send a confirmation/invoice to the delegates. The balance due must be paid directly at the hotel before checking out.
Group reservations will be dealt with by separate contracts. Please contact K.I.T. GmbH for further information.
Hotel Deposit A hotel deposit is due (according to your choice) as
follows:
Price category A per room DM 295.00
Price category B per room DM 280.00
Change of Booking
A notice of any change in a reservation must be given to K.I.T. GmbH one
week prior to the conference at the latest. After this date, please contact
the hotel directly unless a cancellation has to be made. K.I.T. GmbH will
carry out the necessary modifications and will issue a new confirmation.
A handling fee of DM 30.00 will be charged for any changes requested after
August 1, 1999. Before this date, no fee will be charged.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by August 1, 1999, the deposit will be refunded,
minus a handling fee of DM 50.00 (per room). After this date, the deposit
is non-refundable. All refunds will be handled after the end of the conference.
No-shows cannot be refunded.
Late Arrivals
Delegates wishing to arrive at their hotel after 6 p.m. should indicate
this on the hotel reservation form. Failure to do so may mean that the
room will be relinquished.
